in Zimbabwe, Bulawayo High Court judge Justice Lawrence Kamocha condemned to death a Mbembesi man who de-capitated his brother's head in an argument over groundnuts.
Justice Kamocha, sitting at the Hwange High Court Circuit,, convicted Nkosiyabo Ndzombane (28) of murder with actual intent after a psychiatric "report revealed that he was in his normal senses when he axed his brother Thethelani (then aged 31) to death.
Justice Kamocha found no extenuating, circumstances in the case as he said Ndzombane had premeditated the offence.
