The special ST/SC court judge Brij Madhuri Sharma on October 4, 2018 pronounced hang till death sentence on four men accused in the sensational triple murder in 2011 in Ajmer and imposed a fine of Rs 90,000 each. The court observed that the accused not only killed their friend but also his family out of greed.
Special public prosecutor Pankaj Jain said that the prosecution produced 254 documents and 40 witnesses to prove the case against accused Diamond Silva, Robin Silva, Malaki John and Mahesh Lott. The four accused killed Pramod, Nirmod and their mother Neeru.
