INDIA: BIHAR COURT SENTENCES MAN TO DEATH FOR MURDERING FATHER

According to a first information report (FIR) filed in the case, Zulum Rai died in November 2005 after being attacked by his son Ramchandra Rai with a sharp-edged weapon. The incident took place after a heated exchange between father and son over a property dispute.
