INDIA: COURT GRANTS DEATH TO FOUR ACCUSED

an ADJ (III) court in Ghaziabad, India, sentenced four men to death for the murder of four members of a family in Nabipur, Muradnagar. Three of the four accused, Mukesh, Brijpal and Ravi are relatives of the victims, Ajay is Mukesh's friend. Pinki Singh was the sole survivor of the attack on August 25, 2007, over a property dispute.
