INDIA: DEATH SENTENCE FOR MURDER ACCUSED

in India, Lohardaga district and sessions judge Gautam Kumar sentenced Alber Oraon, a resident of Hesapidhi village, to death and seven years imprisonment and fined him Rs 5,000 for killing Dilip Munda, his wife Pushpa, 35, and their children Dipika, 8, and Sudarshan, 6, in Lohardaga. Their bodies were recovered on December 15, 2008.
