the Bombay High court, India, confirmed the death sentence awarded to Ashish Waravale and Clint Fernandes, convicted of killing Leticia Mendes, 54, and her 16-month-old grandson Dylan Lobo during a robbery attempt on November 19, 2003. The two had been sentenced to death by an additional sessions court in the city on August 1.
