INDIA: HC COMMUTES DEATH SENTENCE OF THREE YOUTHS TO LIFE

In India, Madhya Pradesh High Court commuted to life imprisonment the death sentence awarded to three persons by a district court for murdering a youth in 2009.
A bench of Justice Rakesh Saxena and Justice T K Kaushal commuted the capital punishment awarded by a district court to Rahul Rajak, Ashok Vishwakarma and Satish Pachouri to life imprisonment.
