INDIA: HC CONFIRMS DEATH FOR MAN WHO KILLED WIFE, 2 SONS

the death sentence of Beed resident Sunil Gaikwad, 35, imposed by a local sessions judge in May 2009, was confirmed by the Aurangabad bench of justices PV Hardas and AV Potdar of the Bombay High Court in India. He was found guilty of murdering his wife and two sons on July 8, 2008.
