Justices Hardas and Potdar of the Aurangabad bench of the Bombay High Court in India confirmed the death sentence of tailor Sunil Gaikwad, 35, for murdering his wife and two minor sons on July 8, 2008. Gaikwad was sentenced to capital punishment by a sessions court in May 2009.
