INDIA: MAN GETS DEATH SENTENCE FOR RAPE, MURDER

in Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu, in India, District and Sessions Judge M.Satish Kumar sentenced Kumar, alias Jayakumar, 33, to death, five life imprisonments and fined Rs.56,000 for the rape and attempted murder of a 12-year-old girl, the murder of her 10 year old brother, and dacoity.
