INDIA: MAN GIVEN DEATH PENALTY FOR KILLING MINOR NEPHEWS

a bench of the Delhi High Court in India comprising Justices Pradeep Nandrajog and Indermeet Kaur upheld the death sentence of a man found guilty of killing his two minor nephews in West Delhi. Rajesh Kumar, 43, allegedly murdered the two sons of his brother-in-law Mukesh Sethi on July 28, 2003.
