Indian Home minister P Chidambaram said the Maoists had set up many kangaroo courts which brutally executed 21 people in public in 2010.

Indian Home minister P Chidambaram said the Maoists had set up many kangaroo courts which brutally executed 21 people in public in 2010. He said 48 `Jan Adalats' or trials were held this year till August 31, up from 38 in 2009.
