Indian President Pranab Mukherjee has reportedly rejected mercy pleas from two death-row convicts, Mofil and Mobarak Khan. The duo had allegedly killed a family of eight including a physically challenged youth in Jharkhand in 2007. The death sentence was awarded to them by a local court and the High Court and Supreme Court upheld the order.
