IRAN - 3 men executed in Shiraz on November 12

November 12, 2023 - 3 men executed in Shiraz on November 12. Vahid Salemi (Salmi), Behrouz Dinarbar and Ahmad Mohammadi.
Three men were executed in Shiraz Central Prison on 12 November. Their identities have been established as 35-year-old Vahid Salemi from Sadra (Fars province), 50-year-old Behrouz Dinarbar, a Baloch prisoner from Kahnuj (Kerman province), and Ahmad Mohammadi, 45, from Birjand, South Khorasan.
They were sentenced to death for drug-related charges.
Behrouz had been on death row for around six years, Vahid for around three years, and Mohammadi for five. They had their last family visits the day prior to their executions. At the time of writing, these men’s executions have not been reported by media inside Iran.
