According to information obtained by Hengaw, the executions were carried out at dawn on October 5, 2025 in Shiraz Central (Adelabad) Prison.
Those executed were identified as Jahanbakhsh Rakhshani, a 52-year-old Baloch man from the village of Chahaki in Rudbar County, Kerman Province, and father of two; Mohammad Soltanpour, a 36-year-old resident of Shiraz; and Farzad Rasoulzadeh, a 40-year-old Gilak man from Rasht.
Rakhshani had been imprisoned for seven years, Soltanpour for five years, and Rasoulzadeh for four years before their executions. All three had been sentenced on drug-related charges following proceedings that, according to Hengaw, lacked transparency and fair-trial guarantees.
The executions have not been announced by state media.
