January 8, 2026 - IRAN. 4 men executed on January 8

Based on information received by HRANA, on January 8:

• Ramin Navazi, convicted of drug-related charges, was executed in Bojnurd Prison;
• Shahram Aghcheli, convicted of murder, was executed in Sari Prison;
• Nemat Gholami, sentenced to death on drug-related charges, was executed in Taybad Prison;
• 1 unidentified man, sentenced to death on drug-related charges, was executed in Taybad Prison.

As of the time of this report, the executions of these prisoners have not been officially announced by authorities.
