According to information received by Hengaw, on the morning of August 6, 2025, five executions were carried out at Dastgerd Prison in Isfahan.
Mojtaba Izadi (37), Reza Sharifzadeh (39), Naser Javadi (46), and Ali Rajaei (42) had each been convicted of drug-related offenses and imprisoned for between three and five years before their executions.
The fifth prisoner, 26-year-old Hossein Rostami, had been sentenced to death for rape. All five were transferred from wards 4 and 8 and executed in the early hours of the morning.
