A man, identified only as Omid D. hanged at Vakilabad prison on January 12, 2020, for murder charges. According to an Iranian website, Rokna, a man was hanged on January 12, 2020, at Mashhad city’s prison, also known as Vakilabad prison. His identity is revealed as Omid D, 22. Omid was sentenced to death for murdering a man around five years ago in a conspiracy with the man’s wife. The co-defendant’s destiny is not mentioned in the Rokna report.
