IRAN - Abbas Saroni executed in the last days of August in Gonbad-e Kavus

According to Iranian Human Rights Center, in the last days of August 2022, a prisoner named Abbas Saroni was executed in Gonbad-e Kavus after 21 years imprisonment. Abbas Saroni was a police major and had been sentenced to death for the crime of murder 21 years ago.
