According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, two men were hanged in Khorramabad Central Prison on 6 December 2025. Their identities have been established as Khodadad Farzi and Barakhas Farzi, a 42-year-old father of two.
Khodadad was arrested around two years ago for murder, and Barakhas was arrested for allegedly killing another individual in a tribal conflict around four years ago.
At the time of writing, their executions have not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
