IRAN. CHILD RAPISTS PUBLICLY HANGED

Iran publicly hanged two men convicted of raping and murdering young girls in the northern Mazandaran province.
The men, identified only as Abbas Bakhshandeh and Hossein Ali, were hanged for raping and murdering two girls, aged seven and eight, in the towns of Neka and Abbasabad, the reformist Etemad Melli newspaper said.
