(February 21, 2023) - Davood Rakjan (aka Haj Nabi Kharkoohi) executed in Birjand on February 21
Haal Vsh reported that on February 21, Birjand Prison officials executed an inmate identified as Davood Rakjan (aka Haj Nabi Kharkoohi), age 44, a resident of Zahedan. He was reportedly sentenced to death in 2010 for carrying and keeping drugs.
