Ebrahim Ahmadi executed on 2 June in Tabriz Central Prison, sources told the Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN). The prisoner was arrested in January 2020 in Bonab on charges of “premeditated murder” of four members of his family and was transferred to Miandoab Prison. He was sentenced to public execution in Bonab on the same charge and for this purpose, was transferred to Tabriz Central Prison about eight months ago. Reportedly, due to the opposition of some governmental institutions to the public execution of the prisoner, it was eventually carried out in the prison of Tabriz.
