The Iranian regime's henchmen have hanged a 18-year old boy in the western city of Kermanshah for alleged crime committed when he was 12. Arman Mohammadi, a resident of the city of Ravansar in western Iran was hanged in Dizel-abad prison in city of Kermanshah. A relative of the prisoner has said that Arman had been arrested when he was only 12 and he had spent six years in prison before execution, Kurdpa.net reported.
