December 12, 2024 - IRAN. Farzad Khorami and Kheirollah Amiri executed in Shiraz on December 12.
According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, two more men, together with Gholamali Roustayi, were executed in Shiraz (Adel Abad) Central Prison on 12 December. Initially only the execution of Gholam Roosta (Gholamali Roustayi) was reported. It was later learned that two other men were executed. IHR has identified them as Farzad Khorami and Kheirollah Amiri from Kazeroun. A source told IHR: “Farzad and Kheirollah were transferred to Adel Abad prison for their execution from Pirbanu Prison three days prior. Farzad was arrested for carrying 70 kilograms of drugs two years ago and Kheirollah was arrested four years ago.
At the time of writing, their executions have not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
