According to the report received by Hengaw, at dawn on Sunday, June 18, 2023, the death sentence of a Baloch prisoner named Fazl Ahmad Ghafran, 35, from Zahedan, married and the father of two children, was executed in Kerman prison.
Fazal Ahmed Ghafran was arrested four years ago and later sentenced to death by the Kerman Revolutionary Court on charges of drug-related crimes.
