Iran hanged three inmates all convicted of killing two policemen, armed robbery and kidnapping and a fourth person convicted of serial killings.
Abolfazl Faraei (28), Reza Roshanfekr (27) and Seyed Rokneddin Karimi (28) were convicted of killing security officers two years ago. They were hanged in public in the city of Shiraz.
The charges have not been confirmed by independent sources.
The serial killer, convicted of killing eight people, was hanged in public in Kenar Takhteh.
