Ghassem B. executed in Mashhad Central Prison on May 19.
According to Khorasan newspaper and IMNA news agency, a man was executed in Mashhad Central Prison in the early hours of this morning. The 31-year-old prisoner, only identified as Ghassem B., was sentenced to death for raping boys and a 15 year old girl.
Ghassem was arrested when he was identified after kidnapping a nine year old foreign citizen child (possibly an Afghani national). Five others were arrested with him but no information is available about their fate.
