According to a report received by Hengaw, at dawn on Sunday, October 6, 2024, the death sentence of Habibullah Mohammadzehi, a 45-year-old Baloch prisoner from Mirjaveh in Sistan and Baluchestan province, was carried out in Bam Central Prison, in Kerman province.
A source stated that this Baloch prisoner was transferred to solitary confinement on Friday in preparation for the execution, which was carried out secretly without informing his family or allowing a final meeting with them.
Habibullah Mohammadzehi had been arrested three years ago on drug-related charges.
To date, the news of the execution of this prisoner has not been announced by Iranian state media.
