The death sentence of a Kurdish prisoner, Hamid Moradian, a resident of Firouzabad in Lorestan Province, was carried out in Dizelabad Prison, Kermanshah. Moradian had been sentenced to death on charges of murder.
According to reports received by Hengaw, the execution took place at dawn on Saturday, December 21, 2024.
As of the time of this report, the execution has not been announced by state media.
