IRAN - Haroddin Shokri executed in Qom on April 4

(April 4, 2023) - Haroddin (Horeddin) Shokri executed in Qom Central Prison (Langroud) on April 4.
According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was executed in Qom Central Prison on April 4. His identity has been established as 37-year-old Haroddin Shokri who was sentenced to qisas for murder.
A source told IHR: “Haroddin Shokri was arrested for murder during a group fight around four years ago and sentenced to death. He was from the Shahoun tribe in the village of Ahmad Abad (Shahjerd) in Qom.”
At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media or officials in Iran.
