A Kurdish prisoner from Ilam was executed in Malayer Central Prison on July 9, 2025. According to information received by Hengaw, he was identified as Morad Hassan Mansouri, 40, who was arrested six years ago on drug-related charges. His execution has not been officially announced by state media.
