According to Iran HRM, a prisoner, identified as Isa Zamin Gerefteh (Eisa Zamin Koofte), was hanged in an unknown prison on January 23. The man was called “the Crocodile of the Persian Gulf”. He was 36, and was charged with leading a narcotics gang.
