According to a report received by Hengaw, at dawn on Saturday, August 3, 2024, the death sentences of two Bakhtiari Lur prisoners, Malek Ashtar, 35, and Ahmadreza Toni, 47, both from Dezful, were carried out in Khorramabad Central Prison (Parsilon Prison).
According to informed sources, these two prisoners, who are also relatives, were arrested four years ago on a joint case related to drug charges.
As of the time of this report, the news of the execution of these two prisoners has not been announced in the Iranian state media.
