According to the Kurdistan Human Rights Network, on the morning of 30 April 2019 a man was hanged at Tabriz central prison for “rape charges.”
According to the Kurdistan Human Rights Network, on the morning of 30 April 2019 a man was hanged at Tabriz central prison for “rape charges.” The unnamed man was 32, from the city of Maragheh. IHR could confirm the execution of one person at Tabriz on the same day but could not obtain more information yet.
