IRAN: MAN HANGED IN THE PRISON OF MASHHAD

A 26 year old man was hanged in the prison of Mashhad (Northeastern Iran). The man who was not identified by name, was convicted of murdering his brother in law, reported the Iranian state media. The execution took place in the prison of Mashhad, in the presence of the judges and prison officials. The report didn’t mention whether the family of the murder victim were present, as they normally do.
