According to a report received by Hengaw, in the early hours of October 29, 2024, the death sentence of Morevatali Karami, a Kurdish resident of the Balavand region in Kermanshah, was carried out in Karaj Central Prison.
A source reported that Marevatali Karami was arrested four years ago on drug-related charges. On Saturday, October 26, 2024, he was transferred to solitary confinement in preparation for the execution. To date, the news of the execution of this man has not been announced by Iranian state media.
