October 08, 2023 - Mehrab Sintab executed in Karaj on October 8.
According to information obtained by IHR, a man was executed in Karaj Penitentiary on 8 October. His identity has been established as 38-year-old Mehrab Sintab, sentenced for murder.
Informed sources told IHR that Mehrab was arrested for the murder of his wife around two years ago.
At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
