According to a report received by Hengaw, at dawn on February 12, 2025, Milad Attar, 35, a Lor prisoner from Dezful, was executed in Dezful Central Prison.
Milad Attar had been in prison for 11 years after being arrested on charges of murdering his brother-in-law in an "honor-related" dispute. During his imprisonment, he had been taken to the gallows twice before but was returned to his cell.
As of the time of this report, no state-affiliated media have announced his execution.
