According to a report received by Hengaw, at dawn on February 23, 2025, Naeem Abdi, a 22-year-old prisoner from Qorveh, was executed in the city’s central prison.
A source close to Abdi’s family stated that Naeem Abdi had been arrested two years ago for the murder of another man named Behzad Moazemi.
As of the time of this report, state-affiliated media have not announced the execution of this prisoner.
