October 15, 2024 - IRAN. Naser Mohammadi executed in Urmia on October 15.
According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a Kurdish man was executed in Urmia Central Prison (Darya) on 15 October. His identity has been established as Naser Mohammadi (Hangrevani), from Nichlan village.
He was arrested for the murder of his wife six years ago. At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
