According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was hanged in Neishabur Prison on 9 November 2025. His identity has been established as 32-year-old Rashid Faramarzi. He was arrested for killing another individual in the course of a street fight four years ago. Other sources, and HoC, already reported the execution of an “unidentified man” executed for murder in Neishabur on November 10. Perhaps it is the same case.
At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
