According to a report received by Hengaw on December 16, on November 28, 2024, Mohammad Ali Darkeh, a 54-year-old from Mahidasht, Kermanshah, and Siavash Yari, a 67-year-old from Kermanshah, were executed in Ardakan Prison, Yazd.
Hengaw sources reported that these two prisoners were arrested in Ardakan in September 2024. In a joint case, they were sentenced to death on charges related to drug trafficking (specifically morphine possession). To date, the news of the execution of these two individuals has not been announced by state media.
