Urmia: Three Death Row Prisoners Taken Back to Ward. Three prisoners sentenced to death penalty (execution as retribution), who had been transferred to solitary confinement from different wards of Orumiyeh Central Prison yesterday, were transferred back to the prison with the consent of the victim’s family. A source has identified the three prisoners as Hassan Shoghi from Youth Ward, Abbas Rezai from Workers’ Ward, and Mohsen Mustafa Zadeh from Ward 2-1. The three prisoners were previously arrested on charges of “premeditated murder” and sentenced to retribution (execution).
