According to a report received by Hengaw, on the morning of Sunday, October 6, 2024, the death sentence of a 48-year-old Turkish prisoner from Ardabil, Younes Piroozi, was carried out in Ardabil Central Prison.
Younes Piroozi, born in Ardabil, had been arrested three years ago on charges of murder.
As of the time this report was prepared, the execution of this prisoner has not been announced by government-affiliated media.
