the 36th branch of the Tehran Court of Appeals presided over by Hojjat ol-Eslam Zargar upheld the death sentence of Ja'far Kazemi, 46, and the 31st branch of the Supreme Court denied the request for reviewing the case. Kazemi was arrested in September 2009 for being "enmity with God through sympathy for People's Mojahedin Organization."
