Iran's Judiciary Chief Ayatollah Mahmud Hashemi-Shahrudi said that the justice system has decided to replace 'stoning ' with other punishment. The statement was made during a meeting with European Union (EU) Commissioner for External Affairs Chris Patten, Iranian news agency IRNA said.
