IRAQ: TERRORIST SENTENCED TO DEATH FOR KILLING SOLDIERS AND RAPING WOMEN

Nineveh Criminal Court sentenced a terrorist of Daesh groups to death for killing Iraqi soldiers and raping Yazidi women, INA reported on 9 May 2019.
High Judicial Council stated that the terrorist was wearing an Afghan uniform in addition to being armed and work in intelligence dept for Daesh terrorist groups.
The statement also included that the terrorist confessed the crimes to the court and was sentenced to death according to the law of Counter-Terrorism NO.13, 2005.
