IRAQI JUDICIARY SENTENCED A SAUDI AND A TAJIKISTAN WITH DEATH FOR BELONGING TO ISIS

Central Criminal Court sentenced two convicted, one of them is from Tajikistan and the other is from Saudi Arabia to death.
Judge Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar, spokesman for the federal judiciary, said that "the first body in the Central Criminal Court, headed by Judge Baligh Hamdi held a number of cases brought before them."
He added, "the defendants, one of them is from Tajikistan and the other is Saudi were sentenced to death after their arrest in Perwana city," stressing "it has been proved that they belong to (ISIS) terrorist organization."
The spokesman pointed out that "the decision was made in accordance with Article IV of the Anti-Terrorism Act.
