Iraq's Interior Minister Mohammed Zimam Abdul Razzaq said that Iraq would not hand over to Saudi Arabia two Saudi men who hijacked a Saudi jetliner to Baghdad. The two Saudis - Feisal al-Balawi and Ayish al-Fraidi - hijacked the Saudi Boeing 777 plane and forced the pilot to fly to Baghdad the next day and later surrendered to Iraqi authorities. The Saudi government - which imposes the death penalty for hijacking - had applied for the two to be extradited from Iraq.
